Dawn Ide Austin’s family law practice includes traditional Advocacy, Collaborative Law and Mediation. A solo practitioner for 24 years, Dawn co-founded Family Law Collaborative Solutions, LLC in Dedham in 2009 with her two partners.


Paula H. Noe

Paula H. Noe, Esquire, of Dedham, MA., practices family law and can serve as Advocate, Arbitrator, Collaborative Attorney, Divorce & Family Mediator, Parenting Coordinator or Settlement Counsel.


Seta Nersessian

Seta Nersessian practices family law primarily as a Collaborative Attorney with a passion for the collaborative process, and its focus is on well being of parents and the protection of children. While she believes that negotiation is preferable to using the courts to settle family issues, she understands that there are times when going to court is the only way to help clients achieve their objectives.
